CEC Trading and Contracting – terms of sale for all orders placed on this platform.
1. Payments
100% digital bank transactions only (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) prior to delivery. Strictly no credit sales and no cash payments.
2. Rates & Taxes
Material rates are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise. Statutory TDS (Sec 194Q) / TCS (Sec 206C(1H)) applies as per tax laws.
3. Sample Testing & No Returns
Buyers may request and test material samples prior to purchase, at the buyer's cost. Once bulk orders are placed or dispatched, goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
4. Transit Risk & Customer Logistics
Goods are dispatched via logistics, postal, or courier service as per customer choice and risk. Transport damages, delays, or loss during transit are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal disputes are subject strictly to Thrissur Court jurisdiction only.
